Kradle 2 Krayons Early Learning Centre was first founded by Vikas Nagpal in 2012. Vikas holds more than 12 years of experience in Management and Leadership in Early Childhood Industry.
During his tenure of 12 years two out of three services, he actively manages has been rated as EXCEEDING by the National Quality Standards.
He is passionate about mentoring and developing his team through continuous professional development and support.
Vikas works collaboratively with all the stakeholders to create and provide a safe, nurturing and enriching playful environments for all the children.
His vision and mission are to help every child to realize its full potential by setting up a strong foundation in their early years of life.
