Mr. Vikas Nagpal
Approved Provider/Director
Kradle 2 Krayons Early Learning Centre was founded by Vikas Nagpal. Vikas holds more than 10 years of management and leadership experience in Early Childhood Education.
Vikas is the backbone of K2K and passionately supports his staff through mentorship program and by providing ongoing opportunities for personal development.
Vikas works collaboratively with all stakeholders to create safe, welcoming, and playful learning environments in our centres, which, in turn, provide an welcoming and optimal learning space for children.
Virginia Hapugalle
Area ManagerVirginia has been in the Early Childhood Education industry since 2011. Her roles have included working as a Trainee, Educator, Educational Leader, and Nominated Supervisor. Virginia manages her campuses wearing many hats, ensuring that centres meet the needs of the children as well as the parents, ensuring the best outcome for all involved. Virginia is dedicated to the early education sector to ensure the best level of care is available to our future generations. She is also passionate about mentoring, guiding, and training our educators and managers to ensure they are fully equipped to deliver a high standard of care and education to all children in their care.
Roopam Cheema
Centre Manager, Early Childhood TeacherRoopam brings a wealth of experience and passion to K2K Penrith as the Centre Director and Nominated Supervisor since 2022. With a Master's in Teaching (Birth-5 years) and 9 years in early childhood education, Roopam has transitioned from Room Leader to Educational Leader before taking on the role of Centre Manager. Roopam's journey reflects a commitment to excellence, leveraging first hand knowledge to support the teaching team in providing top-tier care and education. In the heart of K2K Pendle Hill, Roopam ensures a nurturing environment, fostering positive learning experiences for every child and empowering educators for success.
Sireesha Ramireddy
Educational Leader, Early Childhood TeacherSireesha joined the K2K family at the beginning of 2022. Sireesha has over 14 years of experience working in the Early Childhood sector. Sireesha challenges and extends the practices and pedagogy of educators by inspiring, motivating and affirming.
Veerpal Kaur
Early Childhood TeacherVeerpal joined K2K Pendle Hill after the completion of her Bachelor of Education. Prior to that, Veerpal worked as a Diploma Qualified Educator in the Pre-School room. Veerpal aims to create and provide the best environment for children where they are able to take part, investigate, create, and discover by following their interests.
Georgia
Early Childhood EducatorGeorgia is our Educator in the Burumin room and has completed a year at Kradle 2 Krayons. Georgia has acquired her certificate iii in Early childhood Education and care. She brings forth 15 years of experience. She believes in the emergent curriculum and supports the Reggio Philosophy. Georgia has shown her undying passion for children as she helps plan, observe and take care of the children and is always seen advocating for children’s rights.
Darinka
2 IC and Room LeaderDarinka brings with her years of experience and expertise in childcare. She has acquired her Diploma in Early childhood education and care and has been active in the industry for more than 20 years. She started with her Family Day care and in 2021 decided to join Kradle 2 Krayons. She is also our WHS officer leading our team in all aspects related to the Health and Safety of children and Educators. She is an epitome of experience and strives to provide the best care and environment for the children.
Honelie (Honey)
Early Childhood EducatorHonelie holds a certificate iii in Eary Childhood Education and care. She is presently working towards her Diploma. She has been with Kradle 2 Krayons for over a year and has shown great love or the children. Her caring, compassionate and empathetic behaviour makes her an integral part of the K2K team. Honelie is also our outdoor educator. She carefully plans our outdoor Curriculum to support the childrens development in gross motor skills, literacy, sensory exploration, Art & Craft, Construction, music and movement and STEM.
Manjit
Room LeaderManjit or Mandy as she is lovingly called at K2K, has been with the company for over 10 years and has been a great asset to our service. She holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and care. She has contributed a wealth of knowledge and dedication to K2K as she brings with her, 11 years of experience. Seeing her passion in imparting sustainability lessons, she has been appointed as the sustainability officer at K2K. Furthermore, she is also helping in planning and implementing Fundamental movement skills among all children through her thoughtful planning. We are grateful to have her here at Pendle Hill.
Medha
Early Childhood EducatorMedha is an Early Childhood Teacher at Kradle 2 Krayons. She works in the Burumin room. Medha has also worked in various other services expanding her experience. She believes in the environment being the third educator and is striving to create amazing learning environments for the children. She also believes that in community participation to guide and support childrens learning. She believes “it takes a village to raise a child” and includes this with her exceptional collaboration with the families.
Pawan
Early Childhood EducatorPawan is an Early Childhood Teacher and has been an imperative part of our Kradle 2 Krayons Team. Pawan is in the preschool room and works relentlessly alongside her colleagues to develop and implement the school readiness program. Besides this Pawan is also our Yoga instructor at K2K and her personality and her preparedness helps to deliver the best yoga sessions to children. She further helps in hosting all our important events at the centre. Because of her immense creativity and uniqueness in planning these events, she has been appointed as our Event coordinator.
Shanley
Early Childhood EducatorShanley is our youngest team member she has been with the company for the last 4 years. Over this time she has completed her certificate iii and Diploma in Early Childhood education care and is currently working towards the bachelor of Early Childhood education and care. Shanley is passionate about the early childhood profession. Her teaching philosophy revolves around creating a mature and inclusive environment where children can thrive to their full potential. Our families and children love Ms Shanley and we love having her with us.
